If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange to ensure your skincare journey stays on track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
